Is there a Lactose or Gluten free option?
Yes, there is. You just have to send us a message with product number and the specific dietary option that you want.
How long do Ċikli café‘s treats last?
They last for 10 to 14 days if stored in an air tight container and in the fridge.
Can I get a specialised menu for a number of people?
Yes you can. Send us an email on info@ciklicafe.com with the items that you need, any dietary specifications and the number of people and the date of the event catered for.
Is there a Lactose or Gluten free option?
Yes, there is. Select the Options menu as soon as you click on the product and click gluten and lactose free. Please note that our products are NOT SUITABLE FOR Coeliac. We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
How long will my cakes stay fresh for?
All our products are made without artificial preservatives, and we always recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. Depending on your needs you may want to get your cakes a day before you plan to serve them, and that’s fine too – just store in their boxes at room temperature, or in the fridge if the weather is very warm.
When storing cake in the fridge always allow it to come to room temperature before serving – please note that for large cakes this can take several hours. In the (unlikely) event you find that you have cupcakes left over they’ll stay fresh for a day or so in their box, or an additional day in an airtight container. We do not recommend freezing our cakes.
What size are your bakes?

Our cakes are generously proportioned. As a guide, we recommend the following:
1-tiered | 8″ | feeds approx. 20–22 people
2-tiered cake | 8″ + 6″ | feeds approx. 40 people
Loaf cake | feeds approx. 10 people
For 2-tiered cake, please send us an email to be able to customise it according to your needs.

Can I get a cake or other product delivered?
All our cakes and other products need to be hand delivered as they are freshly baked and fragile. We offer a free door to door delivery service in Central and Southern Malta on a minimum order of €50. For orders that need to arrive at a specific time please make sure to notify us in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, due to the costs associated with hand delivery, we do not deliver to Gozo.
If you opt for pick-up service, orders can be collected from Xarolla, Żurrieq Monday-Saturday.
Deliveries to Malta
Free standard delivery is available for all orders over €50. For deliveries or orders below €50, a €7 delivery fee will be added during the checkout process.
